RICHLAND. Wash.- On this
Flag Day, the Chaplaincy in The Tri-Cities dedicated its new American flag to
the service men and women who've served the country.
Paul Weil, executive
director of The Chaplaincy, says the "We Honor Veterans" program
helps vets make sense of their life stories.
"Veterans face unique
challenges," Weil says. "Sometimes from their illnesses, but also from
experiencing isolation and traumatic life experiences."
The Chaplaincy works with several military groups along with the Veterans
Administration to help vets get hospice care.
