Hermiston Police Dept. Changing Finger Printing Services

HERMISTON, Ore. -- Hermiston Police Department is changing their current fingerprint services in order to be more responsive to the demand on police services.

Currently fingerprint services are only available on Friday from 2:30PM to 7PM.

Starting July 1st, fingerprint service may be obtained by a scheduled appointment only, on each Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and on each Sunday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. 

Appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. 

There is no change to the fee which is currently $20.00 however debit and/or credit cards may be used (effective July 1st) as can cash.  A current identification card or license is required at the time of the appointment. 

To schedule an appointment, citizens can contact the Hermiston Police Department at 541-567-5519 and request information on available time slots.
