AMBER ALERT Issued Out of Snohomish County Canceled

UPDATE/GOLD BAR, Wash. -- A 5-year-old boy from Gold Bar in Snohomish County is safe tonight after authorities say he was taken by a non-custodial parent.

The AMBER Alert for Riley Dakota Cleveland was canceled shortly before 11pm Friday.

The suspect, 34-year-old Noranda Youra Chenier, is in custody.

GOLD BAR, Wash. -- A 5-year-old boy from Gold Bar in Snohomish County was taken by a non-custodial parent. They are possibly enroute to Montana.

The suspect is driving a silver 1996 Ford Taurus with Washington plate ALK8114.

The victim is Riley Dakota Cleveland. He is a white male, 3 foot 3 inches and 80 pounds. Riley has blue eyes and blonde shaved hair. 

The suspect is 34-year-old Noranda Youra Chenier. She a white female with blue eyes and blonde hair. Chenier is 5 foot 7 inches and 125 pounds.

The child is believed to be in danger.
