YAKIMA, Wash.-- A judge sets bail at one million dollars for a man accused of shooting at a tribal police officer.

Prosecutors say 44-year-old Douglas Kemp shot at the officer Thursday morning, before running and hiding in a neighborhood in White Swan.

The officer wasn't hurt and Kemp suffered only a minor injury.

He's facing charges of attempted murder, burglary, assault, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
