Rivers Goes Hollywood

After negotiations started and stopped, and then started and stopped, it appears Boston and Los Angeles have reached an agreement that would make the Celtics' Doc Rivers the Clippers new head coach.

Multiple media outlets are reporting that the Clippers will sign Rivers to a three-year, $21 million contract and send a 2015 first-round draft pick to the Celtics as compensation. The deal is also believed to be enough to push star point guard Chris Paul into signing a five-year max contract to remain with the Clippers.
