City of Richland Selects New City Attorney

RICHLAND, Wash. - The City of Richland has chosen its new city attorney. 

Heather Kintzley will replace Tom Lampson, who announced his retirement earlier this month after nearly thirty years. 

Kintzley worked as the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Benton County for three years. She then worked for the City of Kennewick for six years, first as an Assistant City Attorney II and then as the Human Resources Director. She currently serves as position 1 for the Kennewick School Board, her term ends December 31st, 2013.

She'll start her new position at the end of the month.
