RICHLAND, Wash.- If you're heading to Howard Amon Park in Richland this weekend you just might stumble upon an old medieval village.
The 27th Annual Ye Merrie Greenwood Renaissance Faire goes through tomorrow at 5 pm. Hundreds of people are dressed in medieval garb performing different tricks combating knights and there's even jousting.
"You know there's just a lot of things for a lot of people to do for all ages," explained veteran faire player Wilma Benz. "It's just a fun place to go and it's a way to escape into history."
The faire is only $9 for adults $7 for seniors and children, but children under 5 are admitted for free.
