UPDATE: Deadly Crash On I-90 Near The Geiger Blvd. Exit

Posted: Updated:

KHQ.COM - The man killed on I-90 in the eastbound lanes near the Geiger Blvd. exit is identified as 26-year-old Aaron Edwards of Olympia. The crash happened late Friday night. Edwards was killed after his car slammed into the back of a semi-trailer and became wedged underneath the semi.

The Washington State Patrol says the semi-truck was driving slowly because of construction in the area. It's not clear what caused Edwards to crash.
