Yakima Police Say Gang Member Faces 10 Years in Prison

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash. - A gang member who police say identifies as "Crazy Thug" on the streets, now faces 10 years in prison.

Yakima Police say they've arrested 24-year-old Rigoberto E. Gonzalez three times since he was released from prison less than two years ago.

This time, Gonzalez pleaded guilty to drug and gun charges.

Gonzalez was previously convicted of shooting a rival gang member back in 2005 in Yakima. The post-jail arrests started in August 2011 after he finished a 75-month sentence for the shooting.
