New Yakima Gym Offers More Than Just a Workout

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash.-- Anyone looking to get healthier in Yakima now has an opportunity to get one-on-one exercise time with a trainer.

The new Fit Studio opened today along Yakima Avenue in downtown Yakima.

The co-founder said it is different from other membership gyms because members will get one-on-one, two-on-one, or three-on-one time with a personal trainer. He also said it is a one-stop shop for overall health.

"We are not just rushing you through a workout; we want to be in charge of everything so we want to ultimately guide you to your results," said Fit Studio Co-Founder, Tyson Baker.

The gym provides several programs that help with nutrition. It also provides at home exercise plans, and helps regulate stress, all to make you feel healthier.

The price for a session ranges from $20.00 to $50.00, but you do not need to go every day to have a good workout. They also encourage at home exercise regimens.
