Toppenish Murder Suspects Plead Not Guilty

YAKIMA, Wash.-- Two people facing charges of second degree murder pleaded  not guilty in Yakima County Court Monday.
 
Sheriff's Deputies said Guillermina Sanchez-Cardenas and Elliot White are suspected of shooting 23-year-old Alberto Gabriel Martinez in the head.
 
Martinez's body was found in the trunk of a car near Toppenish two weeks ago.
 
The two suspects sit in jail with bail set at $1 million each.
