The patrol told local media outlets that 7-year-old Devin Dickey was struck outside a home in Campobello on Friday evening after a man got into an argument with a neighbor who authorities identified as the boy's babysitter.

A Maritime and Coastguard Agency helicopter on a training mission spotted the struggling cockerpoo that was being swept out to sea Sunday morning near Cummingston on Scotland's northeast coast.
