Dry Winds Make For Wildfire Danger in Eastern Washington

PENDLETON, Ore. - The National Weather Service is warning of a high wildfire danger in most of Eastern Washington and parts of eastern Oregon until Thursday evening.
    
Forecasters have issued a red flag warning because of expected breezy winds and low relative humidity.
    
The warning area covers Ellensburg, Wenatchee, Yakima, Moses Lake, the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, Pullman and Spokane in Washington; also The Dalles, Hermiston and Pendleton in Oregon.
