Reckless Driver Arrested After Car Chase Ends In Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. - Two men were arrested in the aftermath of a police chase that began in Spokane Valley early Friday and ended in north Spokane a few minutes later.

Police say the driver of a silver pickup truck was seen driving erratically in Spokane Valley, when officers tried to pull the truck over, it sped off westbound towards Spokane. Police and Spokane Sheriff's Deputies chased the truck into Spokane, finally stopping it with spike strips near the intersection of North Foothills Dr. and Magnolia.

The truck was later discovered to be stolen.

Two men were taken into custody on charges including attempting to elude, and possession of Methamphetamines. There were no injuries to anyone involved.
