KENNEWICK, Wash. -- The trial for a Richland man accused of murdering his girlfriend's baby girl has been pushed back to November.
36-year-old Jose Luis Aguilar faces charges of second degree murder and rape of a child in the death of 9-month-old Serenity Reedy.
Aguilar waived his right to a speedy trial Wednesday.
The coroner says the baby girl died from head trauma and showed signs of sexual abuse.
Aguilar's trial is now scheduled for November 4th.
