New Plans for Union Gap City Hall

UNION GAP, Wash.-- The city of Union Gap is starting to make progress on a new city hall.

At their meeting Monday night, the city council authorized the city manager to negotiate a contract with a local architecture firm to make an assessment on the original building.

The assessment will determine what work needs to be done to the original building, or if they need to find a new location.

The original building is closed because of mold problems.

Currently, all city hall business is conducted at the fire station across the street.
