Deputies Investigating Body Found Along Road in Burbank

UPDATE: According to the Walla Walla County Coroner, the death of a 59-year-old Burbank man has been ruled a suicide.  His body was found at the intersection of 2nd Street & Birch Street in Burbank Tuesday night.

BURBANK, Wash. -- Walla Walla Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a body found on the side of the road in Burbank Tuesday evening.

Deputies responded to South 2nd Street and Birch Street, after people passing by spotted the body and called 9-1-1 around 6:40PM.

Deputies collected pieces of evidence from the scene, including a gun. Deputies have not determined a cause of death yet, but haven't ruled out suicide.
 
The sheriff's office is expected to release more information Wednesday.
