KENNEWICK, Wash. - Thousands of dollars worth of cell phones are now missing from a cell phone repair store.

Cellular 911's surveillance cameras caught the theft on tape and now Kennewick Police are searching for the man in the video. The store is located on West Grandridge Boulevard and the burglary happened Sunday night.

General Manager Joe Thiel said about 40 phones were taken out of the store's glass cases but he also said it could have been worse.

"None of the customers phones were touched in any way. None of our repairs that were in here. Repair stocks are still stocked so we're still open for business and not struggling," Thiel said.

Thiel credits a loyal customer base that has been supportive and has donated several phones already.

Cellular 911 is also offering a $500 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
