BENTON CITY, Wash.- Saturday in Benton City they were celebrating those Crazy Days of Summer during the Benton City Daze event hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.
The festivities started out in the morning with a pancake breakfast served up by local firemen. A parade made it's way through the town around 11 a.m. The rest of the day was filled with talent shows, live bands, bingo, raffles and plenty of vendors selling different food and local crafts.
"It helps us for bringing people into town and showing off our town, showing what we have in town, what we have done in the past few years to make our town better," said Mayor Lloyd Carnahan.
The entire day of family fun wrapped up at about 11 p.m. with plenty of activities going well into the night.
