11 People Rescued from the Yakima River

KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash - Yakima County Sheriff's Deputies rescued 11 people from the Yakima River on Sunday.  Their ages ranged from seven to 71.

Deputies say two families from the Sedro Wolley area were rescued south of the Ringer boat launch after their tubes and rafts capsized. 

Only one person was hurt, 45-year-old Herb Erickson, who dislocated his shoulder.
