RICHLAND, Wash. - The Richland Public Library has expanded its downloadable audiobook and eBook collections.

The Library has joined a group of public libraries in Washington State to share a license for the OverDrive downloadable collection.

Now, people at the library with internet access can use the Library's own Advantage collection, plus the state's shared collection, for a total of over 7,500 downloadable eBooks and over 3,800 downloadable audiobooks.

The new license also provides more copies of popular eBooks and audiobooks, a shorter wait time for items on hold and a larger selection to choose from in the digital collection.

The collection is available any time of day. You can access Washington Anytime Library on the Library's website,, under "iLibrary", "eBook, Audiobooks, and Music" and then "Washington Anytime Library".

A mobile app for the OverDrive Media Console is available for Windows and Mac computers, as well as a variety of mobile devices, including: iPad; iPhone; Android phones and tablets; the Kindle; NOOK; Windows 8 PC and tablet; the Blackberry; and Windows Phone.
