AMBER Alert Issued for Two Children From Boulevard, CA

UPDATE/ - Oregon and Washington authorities continue to look for a man accused of kidnapping two California children. 

Both states have issued an Amber Alert for the children who may be traveling with a man suspected of killing a woman in Southern California.
State police say 40-year-old James Lee DiMaggio is believed to be driving a blue 2013 Nissan Versa with the California license plate 6WCU986. Police say a possible sighting was reported Wednesday afternoon near Lakeview, in south-central Oregon.
The children have been identified as 16-year-old Hannah Anderson and 8-year-old Ethan Anderson.
The body of their mother, 42-year-old Christina Anderson, was found in a burned house near the U.S.-Mexico border.

PREVIOUS COVERAGE: - An AMBER Alert has been issued for two children abducted in Boulevard, California.

16-year-old Hannah Anderson and 8-year-old Ethan Anderson were last seen in Boulevard on August 3rd and are believed to be in danger.

Hannah is white with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is about 5'7'' and 115 pounds. Ethan is white with sandy hair. He is about 4'11'' and 65 pounds.

Authorities say Hannah and Ethan may be in the company of 40-year-old James DiMaggio. DiMaggio is a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be about 5'9" and 150 pounds.

They may be traveling in a blue Nissan Versa with a California license plate 6WCU986. DiMaggio is believed to be heading towards Canada.

The vehicle was last seen heading northbound on Highway 395 toward Oregon from Alturas, California on Wednesday around 1:30PM.
