Nighttime Roadwork Planned Valley Mall Boulevard in Yakima

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash. – Drivers can expect some nighttime delays in Valley Mall Boulevard roundabouts next week.

Crews continue to replace the worn-out lane markings in the roundabouts east of Main Street on Valley Mall Boulevard, which will require altering traffic at night next week.

Crews will be working on the roundabouts on Monday, August 12 through Friday, August 16, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Flaggers will direct traffic through the work zone.

Drivers will also experience delays due to temporary ramp closures Monday through Friday at the Interstate 82 and Valley Mall Boulevard Interchange. Traffic will be detoured to alternate interchanges to access Union Gap during nighttime ramp closures.
