KENNEWICK, Wash. - The Tri-Cities Fever starts a new community campaign on Tuesday to determine the team's new mascot for its 10th season.
During the two week campaign, (august 13th through 27th) the Fever is looking for ideas and input from people living in and around the Tri-City area to not only come up with type of mascot, but the mascot's name as well.
If you'd like to submit an idea, be sure to include the mascot's type and name, as well as your name, phone number, and email address to email@example.com
There is no limit to how many entries you can send in. The Fever says submissions must not be vulgar in nature, and must not represent actual people- dead or alive.
Organizers say whoever submits the winning type and name of the mascot will be brought on field for the introduction of the new mascot at the first home game of the season. That person or persons will also receive two complementary season tickets from the Tri-Cities Fever.
