UPDATE: Oregon State Police Release Names in Fatal Log Truck Crash

TOLLGATE, Wash. - We now know the names of the people involved in a fatal log truck crash on Highway 204.

Oregon State Police say a log truck took a turn on the highway Monday afternoon near Tollgate and began to roll. Troopers say logs fell out of the truck, crashing into two cars, killing 69-year-old Luby Carol Teem from Elgin, Oregon.

Paramedics took the driver of the other car, 56-year-old Jan M. Patton from Pendleton to the hospital with minor injuries. 

Troopers say the log truck driver, 33-year-old Chance Doubravsky from Goldendale, wasn't seriously injured.

He stayed at the scene after the crash and is cooperating with the investigation.
