Roa Gives Spokane 3-2 Win Over Vancouver

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Gabriel Roa delivered the go-ahead RBI for Spokane in the 9th inning as the Indians topped the Canadians 3-2.

The game was tied 2-2 in the top of 9th, when Roa laid down a bunt to bring home Ryan Cordell. Relief pitcher Justin Sprenger came in to earn the save in the bottom of the 9th.

The Indians now hold a one game lead over Vancouver in the overall standings, meaning if the season ended Saturday Spokane would be in the playoffs.

These two teams continue their series Sunday at Nat Bailey Stadium.
