    SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - About 11:30 p.m. Saturday night, Spokane Valley deputies responded to an apartment complex in the 700 block of N. Argonne for a report of a loud argument.  Deputy Getchell, who had responded to the same apartment earlier in the day for a similar call, warned that one of the people involved may have been 35-year-old Micaiah J. Holland. Holland had a felony warrant for his arrest and had jumped from the second story balcony and ran off on foot...
