B-Shift


Wanted Person/10thAve & Garfield-Officer Harris stopped male driverfor expired tabs.
He was suspended 3rd and had an outstanding arrest warrant. Booked at the BCSO jail
Wanted Person/Clearwater & Edison-Officer Buroker stopped male for a traffic
infraction. And he had a felony warrant and was arrested.


Weapons/Ely & Kennewick Ave-Officer Littrell responded to two calls of a male walking
westbound on Kennewick Avenue carrying a rifle. In addition to there being two
separate reporting parties Officer Littrell was concerned that Westgate Elementary
School was less than 350' away from the area and they were about to release children.
Officer Littrell contacted the male and ordered himto drop the gun. The male turned
and looked at Officer Littrell, but did not comply. Officer Littrell again ordered the male
to drop the gun and he did not comply, but just kept looking at Officer Littrell. Officer Littrell ordered the male to drop the gun a third time, raised his duty weapon to the low
ready position and started to walk toward the male and the male dropped the gun.
Officer Littrell ordered the male to get on the ground and the male did not comply.
Officer Littrell was still walking toward the male ordering him to get on the ground and
eventually he did comply and was detained. Reporting party was contacted and said
that his alarm was based on the time of the day, and the location of banks and
businesses in the area saying, "It's kinda crazy to walk around in broad daylight with a
rifle." The other reporting party reported she saw the male walking on Kennewick
Avenue and saw that he had what appeared to be a gun in his hands. She said that "He
was wielding what appeared to be a rifle" and said she was alarmed for herself and her
customers. The gun was found to be a BB gun. The City Attorney was contacted and
the male was booked for Unlawful Display of a Weapon and Obstructing.


Assault DV/1100 blkW 10thAve- Female slapped her brother during an argument. She
was booked for Assault DV.

D Squad


Threats/6800 blk W Kennewick Ave- Complainant reported that the father of her three
year old child recently moved in with a female that abuses drugs. She has not let him
see their child because he refuses to allow her to meet this person. He has called her
phone and left several vulgar messages making threats to her for not letting him see his
kid. Forwarded to the City Attorney for review.


Ambulance Assist/700 blk N Arthur St- We responded to this location for a 30 year old
unconscious male with CPR being initiated. Medics arrived and gave the unconscious
male a shot of NARCAN which immediately woke him up. We found no narcotics in
plain view in the apartment but he has narcotics history.


Resisting Arrest/6th & Rainier St- Complainantreported a disturbance where the male
pulled the female's hair. Upon contactthe male fled on foot and was not located. He
was positively identified by booking photo and sent up for charges. The 16 year old
female was a runaway out of Pasco and returned to her father's residence.
Ambulance Assist/4300 blk W Klamath Ave- Medics responded to this address for a
report of a female shaking uncontrollably. They gave her a shot of NARCAN and she
came out of it. Medics requested KPD to the scene. Upon contact with the residence,
there was no answer and the lights were off. This call and theN Arthur St occurred
about an hour apart and were within a few hundred yards from each other.

Theft/1800 blkW 7th Pl- Complainantreported seeing a male enter their backyard and
steal her son's bike. The male was only described as a wearing a black tank top with
tattoos on his arms. The bike was a white and green BMX bike with "Gerg" written on
the front forks. The suspect and bike were not located.


Warrant/26thAve & Quillan-Dispatch had an open 911 call where a male and a female
were arguing. Officers contacted a male who lied about his name and went to jail after
we confirmed his DOC warrant. The other halfleft on foot and was not located.


CAT


Weapons/900 blk N Cleveland St- Patrol and CAT responded to a disturbance involving
a gun and knife. Patrol and CAT arrived and detained 7 subjects. A security sweep was
conducted on an apartment, and a frame of a gun was observed. Detectives determined
one couple has been involved in a neighborhood dispute with another couple. Today
four other subjects were waiting outside the second couple's apartment waiting for
themto come home. Allegedly they were going to confront the male about him
repeatedly beating up and harassing the first couple and his wife. When the second
couple and their 13 year old daughter arrived home the 4 males stood up to confront
the second male. He responded by going in his apartment and arming himself with a
large knife and a handgun. He exited his apartment and threatened the males to leave.
The threats worked and 3 of the males fled in a Cadillac that was stopped by patrol.
Both of the second couple are convicted felons, so CAT obtained a search warrant to
recover the gun inside their apartment. During the search CAT recovered a dismantled
Taurus 9mm handgun, and ammunition. CAT booked the second male for Felon in
Possession of a Firearm, another male for a BCSO FTA-Assault 3rd Warrant, and third
male for Provoking Assault.


Disorderly Conduct/900 blkNCleveland St- CAT responded back to 900 blkN Cleveland
St for a report that one of the females involved in the first incident was standing in the
parking lot screaming how she was going to stab anyone that comes on her property.
CAT spoke with 4 witnesses, most of who were involved in the earlier weapons
complaint and they believed the threats were meant for them. The female was booked
into Benton County Jail for Disorderly Conduct.


Robbery/3000 blkW 4thAve- Complainant called and reported that two males and a
female assaulted him and tried to steal his car but only got away with his I-phone and
stereo faceplate. He sustained injuries consistent with his story. CAT detectives
discovered the phone was near 2900 blk W 19TH Ave. Detectives are familiar with this
address and responded to the area with patrol officers. When detectives arrived a male was seen exiting from the front of the trailer. Detectives attempted to contact the male,
but he fled on foot. The male gave up after seeing patrol officers in the direction he was
running. A 21 year old male was detained for a DOC Warrant. Detectives also detained a
29 year old female. The victim identified both subjects as two of the people who robbed
him. Detectives obtained a search warrantfor the residence and located two more
people hiding inside the trailer. Detectives detained both and they both had felony
warrants for their arrest. One of the subjects also matched the description of the third
robbery suspect. The I-phone wasfound it hidden in some bushes outside the trailer.
CAT booked two males and the female into Benton County Jail for Robbery 1st. The
other male was booked into Benton County Jail for his felony warrant.
