PASCO, Wash.- It happened on the corner of 9th Avenue and B Street, but what exactly it was, apparently no one's quite sure.
Late Saturday night and well into the morning police were out in front of a home off of 9th Avenue. NBC Right Now can confirm from Kennewick Police that a joint task force was present. Neighbors we spoke with say there were multiple police agencies from Richland and Pasco. They say police had a man restrained on the ground, he was tased and then it appeared that they performed CPR. Some also told us, they heard gunshots.
"This morning there were bullet casings that were on the floor that they were taking pictures of everything," said Mario Cortes, who lives next door to the where the incident happened. "They were just taking pictures and then just taping off a lot of the area. I wasn't even allowed to come to my house, because it was taped off. I had to go all the way around."
The reason for all of the confusion? Police have yet to release any information. After several calls throughout the day to Pasco and Richland police we have not received any responses. We hope to bring you the details on this case as soon as they are released.
