Walla Walla Police Raise Money to Support Breast Cancer Patients

WALLA WALLA, Wash. - The Walla Walla Police Department raises $2,895 for Providence St. Mary Medical Center's special needs fund for breast cancer patients.

The funds are used to cover costs associated with breast cancer treatments not covered by insurance.

The money was raised through a silent auction, open to all City employees, with items donated by numerous Walla Walla Valley businesses, as well as private cash donations.
