B-Shift


Theft/3900blkW 42ndAve- Complainant reported that a Ruger Ar-15 Rifle, a wedding
ring and $1800.00 were taken from his residence. Complainant said his wife's exhusband had been staying at the location and believes he took the items. Attempts to
contact himby telephone have been unsuccessful.
Assault/7000 blk W 1stAve- Complainantreported that her roommate punched her in
the face several times during an argument.


Assault DV/100 blkN Kellogg-Dispatch reported a female called and was whispering on
the phone. Deputy Martinez responded as a cover officer. When contact was made at
the door the female was bleeding from her mouth and had blood down the front of her
shirt. She ran past the officers into the driveway. A male was yelling at her and moving
toward the door. When he saw the officers he ran back into the residence. Additional
officers were requested. The male was arrested and booked for Assault DV.


Robbery/100 blk N Ely- Female took several items without paying. Loss Prevention
stopped her outside the store and she fought him, scratching his arms. She was booked
for Robbery per the on call Deputy Prosecutor.


Assault DV/3500 blk Southridge Blvd- During a discipline meeting a female student
attempted to assault her mother twice. Officer Sagan had to physically restrain the
student and she received a small abrasion on her chest. She was booked at Juvenile for
Assault DV and Obstructing.


Burglary/1600 blk S Sheppard- Complainant entered her adult daughter's house, took a
9 inch butcher knife and forced her out of the house with it. The suspect was
intoxicated and when KPD arrived she attempted to flee out the back door. She was
arrested and booked for Residential Burglary and Assault DV Second Degree.

D-Shift

Suspicious Circumstances/Keewaydin Park- Reporting party called saying yesterday she
saw a white male in a maroon PT Cruiser at the park follow a women toward the bus.
The male then asked the women if she would like a ride to which the women declined.
The complainantthought this looked strange so she asked the women if she was ok and
she said yes. The complainant then drove away and the PT Cruiser followed her. Once
in the parking lot the PT Cruiser slowly drove by the reporting party staring at her.
Today the complainant again saw the PT Cruiser at Keewaydin Park. Upon contact the
driver he was very argumentative denying any allegations of wrong doing and insisting
he was being harassed. He made the comment "if nobody caught it on video tape, it
didn't happen." He was subsequently released.


Robbery/300 blkN Date St- Complainant was walking in the area when two white males
driving an older white pickup (full size) confronted him and assaulted him. A witness,
unknown to the victim or suspects, called 911. The victimwas taken to KGH where he
was found to have a fractured rib and a partially collapsed lung. The suspects took two
backpacks containing misc items according to the victim. No suspects or witnesses.


Theft from Vehicle/700 blkN Huntington St –Complainant advised that during the night
someone entered his vehicle and stole his Sony X-Plod car stereo. He believes it is
possible that he left the doors unlocked to his vehicle since there was no damage done
to any of the doors. No suspects or witnesses.
