SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Former NBA player Craig Ehlo has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of reckless burning.
Ehlo entered the plea Wednesday in Spokane County Superior Court.
Ehlo was sentenced to 364 days in jail, however all but one of those was suspended and Ehlo received credit for one day already served.
Court documents say Ehlo lit clothes on fire on August 1, causing damage to his Spokane home. Court documents say he was allegedly fighting with family members when he lit his clothes on fire with gasoline.
No one was hurt during the incident.
Ehlo played at Washington State and then spent 14 years in the NBA. He has since worked as a basketball coach at Eastern Washington University and a television basketball analyst.
