Theft SL/1300 blk N Columbia Center Blvd- Store loss prevention monitored three
individuals working together to shoplift a large amount of merchandise. The three
suspects were seen communicating via text as one suspect was positioned as a look out.
Due to the number of suspects and amount of merchandise, Loss Prevention called for
Police assistance while suspects were still in the process of the theft. Officers arrived and detained a female and two males. Upon contact one of the males was with the bag
of stolen merchandise. He was booked for Theft 2nd and suspected meth was sent to lab
for testing with charges pending lab results.

Graffiti/3500 blkW Clearwater Ave- Business reported graffiti to the roof of their
building. No suspects.

FieldArrest/200 blk E 14thAve- Residents at the location reported a car full of gang
members drove by flashing gang signs that they interpreted to be threats. Responding
Officers located and stopped the vehicle which was occupied by five males. The back
seat passenger told the other occupants upon contact to not cooperate with Officers
and to not provide any information. All four males were detained. Three out of the five
were booked on various warrants and the first male was also booked for obstructing.

Burglary/200 blk E 1st Pl- Complainantreported that a unit of her apartments was
entered and several items taken. The apartment is currently vacant and entry was
made through a window sometime in the last couple days. The items stolen include the
air conditioner and sheets of dry wall.


Child Sex/800 blk S Elm St-Officer Melone contacted the complainant at the police
station in reference to a child sex report. Cindy advised that her daughter disclosed to
her that complainant's husband had attempted to rape her in March 2013. The suspect
no longer lives at the residence and is believed to be in Pasco. Initial report completed
and forwarded to Investigations.

Assault DV/4100 blkWKennewick Ave-Officers responded to this residence for a
domestic in progress. Male and female were arguing about their relationship. During
the argument she struck himin the face and kneed him in the groin. Shewas arrested
and booked for assault 4thDV.
