Tri-Cities Restaurant Expands To Richland

Posted: Updated:

RICHLAND, Wash.- A restaurant chain already located in the Tri-Cities is expanding.

Fujiyama Japanese Steak House and Bar already has a popular location in Kennewick, but now they're bringing their cuisine to Richland. Their new restaurant opened this week off of Queensgate. The chain has locations in Olympia, Silverdale and Kennewick. Now they're adding another Tri-Cities spot. Their chefs cook up the food right in front of the customers and they add a bit of fun and flare to the way you enjoy the meal.

"It's really good for the kids especially with the whole family," said Shoi Quijana one of the servers. "They bring the family here and they're really going to enjoy the show .We serve hot food every day."

Fujiyama will now offer a Sunday game day happy hour special. As part of their expansion they also hope to be more charitable. The owner told NBC Right Now he wants to start a system of donating food to local food banks.
