Two Councilmembers Accused in Complaint

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. - Two Pasco City Councilmembers are accused of using city and school district email addresses for personal business.

Franklin County doughnut hole resident Roger Lenk sent the over 250 page complaint to the state attorney general and auditor.

Lenk claims Pasco City Councilmember Saul Martinez used his city e-mail account to manage his truck business, receive bank statements and handle other personal affairs. Pasco Mayor Pro- Tem Rebecca Francik is accused of using her city e-mail address to apply for jobs among other personal affairs.
