Developer Offers Opportunity For You To Live In Historic Spokane Hotel

Posted: Updated:

KHQ.COM - Wells and Company have announced that they will be renovating the Ridpath Hotel and turning them into apartment units.

The Ridpath is a prominent local landmark, a unique historic building, and a centrally located, character-defining piece of downtown Spokane. It was a nationally-recognized destination that brought visitors, revenue, recognition, and pride to Spokane.

The hotel has been vacant for years, but Wells and Company is renovating the building as micro-apartments and street-level commercial space. Ridpath Club Apartments is expected to open sometime during the summer of 2014.
