KENNEWICK, Wash. - Three teenagers are facing charges after Kennewick police say they stole items from a store in Kennewick.

Officers say around 7:30 a.m. Friday, they responded to a burglary report at Zion Properties and Cascade Signs along West Clearwater Avenue. Officers say computers, computer accessories, and electronics had been stolen.

Later around 10:30 a.m., police received a report that a suspicious male was seen taking a laptop computer from a fenced area just down the street.

Officers caught up with the suspect as he and another driver sped off in a white Mustang.

Police later found the Mustang in a nearby driveway and arrested two juveniles. All the stolen items were recovered from the back seat of the car.

Officers later found and arrested another male juvenile who they say was also involved in the burglary.

KENNEWICK: Good news for all of you bargain shoppers out there, Goodwill is opening a brand new store in Kennewick sometime next year. Thanks to a 3.1 million dollar loan and lots of planning, a very large patch of dirt will be home to a 20,000 square foot Goodwill; half warehouse and processing, half retail. The Kennewick store will be closing, however. You can still say, out with your old couches, TV's and clothing, and *into someone else's hands, just at a different location. ...More >>
