Toppenish Police Looking for Convenience Store Robber

TOPPENISH, Wash. - Toppenish police are looking for a man they say robbed Valley View Market II along the 600 block of E. Toppenish Ave.

Officers say around 2 p.m. the man entered the store, pulled out a gun, and demanded money. He then fired two shots toward the clerk. Police say he ran away with an unknown amount of cash.

Officers say the suspect is Hispanic, between 5'08" and 5'10", and is in his late 20's or early 30's. He was wearing a black jacket with a hood and black pants. He also had a mustache.

Anyone with information can call the Toppenish Police Department at 865-4355. No one was injured during the robbery.
