KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Construction is nearly complete on Tri-City Orthopaedic's new 7,000 square-foot building next to its existing Kennewick practice on West Rio Grande.
MH construction was general contractor for the $1-million-dollar building, and ALD architects designed it. Tri-City Orthopaedics has locations in Richland and Kennewick and has nearly doubled the size of its practice over the past two years. Its Kennewick location has 70 employees who see an average of 200 patients a day.
"It was difficult to choose a spot," says Administrator Scott Faringer. "We're near the medical mall and I think we pioneered this little area and we're excited that we have new neighbors like Pacific Cataract, the Pediatric office and Rheumatology."
