RICHLAND, Wash.-- The Girls Day Out event at the Richland Red Lion Hotel made for a Saturday of shopping and also charity.
Local businesses displayed their products including spa items and jewelry.
The 4th annual event gives back by hosting a charity each year and this year proceeds from the silent auction and donations will benefit the Domestic Violence Services of Benton and Franklin Counties.
"Vendors a venue to get the word out about their business. We also support a different cause with each one that we do," said Nicoli Coulson, event organizer.
Organizers say they hope to raise money for items at the women's shelter and continuing the programs domestic violence services provides.
