YAKIMA, Wash. -- It's the last Saturday of the Central Washington State Fair and the theme of the day is Lottery Day.
The Washington Lottery was on hand selling scratch tickets with chances to win some Seahawks Gear. Every five-dollar scratcher came with a chance to spin a prize wheel.
"They love to play the wheel," Regional Manager for the Washington Lottery Bill Raber said. "It just seems to have an appeal to everybody and a lot of people will come up and ask, 'Well what do I have to do to spin the wheel?' Then ask me, 'Well what do I win?' So the whole thing is spinning the wheel."
All of the lottery proceeds go toward the Washington Education Fund.
