Gas Stationed Robbed by Masked Men

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Two people wearing masks robbed a Conoco gas station Friday night in Yakima.

Officers say they claimed to be armed but never revealed a weapon. The two made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and police are actively searching for them.

We spoke with the gas station's owner who did not want to talk on camera but tells us this type of crime is a growing trend in the area and that he is committed to keeping his customers safe.
