Coeur d'Alene Police Department Press Release:

Coeur d'Alene Police detectives are looking for the public's assistance in identifying a male suspect who entered the Target store at 315 W. Canfield on September 28th 2013 at 9:30pm. The male then hid in the restroom until after the store closed. Employees secured the store and left the premises at some time after 9:30pm. Video surveillance shows the suspect emerges from his hiding place at 11:15pm and then wanders around the store paying special attention to the electronics section.

The male suspect was unable to gain access to the locked glass cabinets. He left the store through the emergency exit triggering the alarm. Officers and store management arrived on scene and did not discover any forced entry or items missing. Store managers have since reviewed the video surveillance and discovered the male was in the store. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact the Coeur d'Alene Police Department at 208-769-2320. The video is attached to this release.
