Yakima County Sheriff: Missing Person

Missing Person

On October 2, 2013 at about 5 PM law enforcement officers were advised by family members of a missing female.  The female has been identified as 30 year old Estela Rios-Gonzalez from Toppenish.  Family members reported that Mrs Rios-Gonzalez left the evening of October 1, 2013 to run an errand and never returned.  Family members are concerned for Mrs Rios-Gonzalez welfare.  A ex-boyfriend of Mrs Rios-Gonzalez, German Garcia was initially contacted by family and reported that he had not seen Mrs Rios-Gonzalez.  Investigators subsequently obtained video that shows Mrs Rios-Gonzalez and Mr Garcia leaving Legends Casino together in Mrs Rios-Gonzalez vehicle on October 2, 2013 at about 1 am.

 

Investigators are actively seeking Mr Garcia and Mrs Rios-Gonzalez although information obtained by investigators suggests that Mr Garcia is currently out of the Yakima area.  Mr Garcia is a forty year old male from the Wapato area.  Mr Garcia is 5ft 4in tall and weighing about 140 pounds.  A photo of Mrs Rios-Gonzalez and Mr Garcia are attached below.  Investigators are searching for Mrs Rios-Gonzalez vehicle which Washington license ABR4784, a grey 2002 Chevrolet Venture.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
