Yakima Judges Denies Release of Private Investigator

YAKIMA, WA-- A private investigator accused of intimidating, bribing and tampering with witnesses will remain in jail after a motions hearing this Friday morning.

38-year-old Stephanie Barnes and her lawyer asked a judge to release her from jail so she could take care of her disabled daughter and her home.

The judge denied the motion, and Barnes will be back in court next Monday.
