D-Shift
 
Theft from Vehicle/2200 blk W 13th Ave- Complainant left her wallet in her unlocked
vehicle. Upon returning to the vehicle this morning she found it along with her credit
cards and Driver's License missing. No suspects.
 
Theft/900 blk S Auburn St- Employee found her purse rummaged through. She had
forgotten to secure the lock on her locker. She suspects another employee but only
because she has been suspected of stealing in the past. No witnesses.
 
Assault DV/800 blk W Klamath Ave- Female and her intoxicated husband got into an
argument. He pushed their children out of the trailer then pushed his wife down the
stairs. She sustained minor injuries. He went to jail. No contact order completed.
 
B Squad
 
Burglary/1100 blk W 10th Ave- Complainant reported that an unknown suspect entered
his locked garage by breaching his lock. The garage was empty and nothing was taken.
 
Vehicle Prowl/200 blk S Jefferson- Complainant reported that an unknown suspect took
her wallet from her unlocked vehicle. There was attempt to use the Sears card for an
online purchase. All cards have been cancelled.

Trespass/2600 blk South Quillan Pl- Cpl Ball and company responded to a report a male
had returned to the location after being told by motel personal and Kennewick PD to
leave the property. Cpl Ball contacted the extremely intoxicated male who was
sleeping in a vehicle. He admitted he had been told to leave but thought he could
return without any knowing. Booked for Criminal Trespass.
 
Threats/300 blk S Anderson – Complainant said she refused to let her Baby Daddy have
their son because of his meth use. He told her that if she does not have the son at his
residence by 8:15 he would, "put her in the ground." An attempt to contact him was
made. His mother answered the door and said he was not there. She said she would
have him call by 2000 hours. He did not call. His mother said she heard him make the,
"I will put you in the ground statement", but said she believes he meant take her to
court. Investigation continuing.
 
Resisting Arrest/7700 blk W Deschutes- Officer Ayala responded to a beer theft. He
saw the male suspect running from the scene and then from him when he told the
suspect to stop. He admitted to the theft and said he ran from the police because he
grew up in the Tri-Cities and was taught to run from the police. He was booked for
Theft and Resisting Arrest.
 
CAT
 
Warrant Arrest/1200 blk W 10TH Ave- Detectives contacted27 year old male at this
location and arrested him for 1 warrant. He was booked into Benton County Jail.
 
Warrant Arrest/400 blk S Olympia St- Detectives contacted a 20 year old female at this
residence and arrested her for 1 warrant. She was booked into a Benton County Jail.
 
Warrant Arrest/Clearwater & Dennis St- Detectives contacted a 20 year old male at this
location and arrested him for 2 warrants. He was booked into Benton County Jail.
