Sunset Stroll In Pasco For A Worthy Cause

Posted: Updated:

PASCO, WA – Sunday was a great day for a stroll. Some people even strolled to help a worthy cause.

The PDQ, or Please Don't Quit Foundation is a group that raises money for people who are depressed or have low self-esteem to take workshops and refocus their energy to being successful and productive. They had a fun run and stroll in the Port of Pasco Sunday evening to raise funds. They started off with some fun stretching moves and then they were off to walk along the Columbia River.

When we asked Rich Olivas, the president of the foundation what it means to he quit he said, "Quit on life, quit on your family, quit on your spouse or quit on your children. Anybody that's significantly part of your life."

The 4th annual event is the foundation's biggest moneymaker. They hope to grow their fun walk every year and help more people who are in need of support.
