C-Shift

 
Roll Over Collision/5700 blk W Metaline Ave- 16 year old male was driving on Metaline
when a bee flew into the cab of his truck through an open window. He attempted to get
the bee out of his truck in a panicked state. In doing so he drove off the roadway,
through a fence, and into a yard. His truck rolled onto its side. There were no injuries
and all indications were that he was being truthful with his account of the bee. No
citation issued at the scene, case sent for City Attorney review.
 
Warrant Arrest/1700 blk W 45th Ave- 46 year old female was arrested on local warrant
from this location.
 
Warrant Arrest/4600 blk W Clearwater Ave- Male was contacted on a traffic stop
where the driver of the vehicle was arrested for DWLS. He was arrested on multiple
warrants and booked into jail.
 
Stolen Motorcycle/1200 blk W 1st Ave- Complainant was storing his black 1983 Harley
Davidson motorcycle with ape hanger handle bars (WA/2C2820) in a shed at this
location. The motorcycle did not run, but is now missing. It would have been removed
sometime in the last few weeks. Motorcycle was entered as a stolen vehicle. No
suspects.
 
Indecent Liberties/600 blk N Arthur St- 15 year old female reported that a 27 year old
male, had sexual motivated contact with her while they stayed the night at a friend's
house. The reported incident occurred almost a year ago. Initial information being
investigated, suspect not located yet.
 
Warrant Arrest/800 blk N Columbia Center Blvd- Female was detained by store loss
prevention for shoplifting. She also had an arrest warrant. Patrol responded and
handled the booking on the warrant.

Warrant Arrest/7700 blk W 4th Ave- Male was contacted as the driver of a business van
that was parked in a handicap spot at this location. He did not have a handicap parking
permit, was driving with a suspended license and had a felony theft warrant out of Clark
County. He was arrested and booked on the related charges.
 
A-Shift
 
Burglary/700 blk E 5th Ave- Officer Duty contacted the complainant in reference to a
burglary report. He stated that he had placed cash under his karaoke machine this
morning. This evening he discovered the money missing. No signs of forced entry were
located but Officer Duty was able to lift 3 latent prints. Case pending results of latent
prints.
 
Warrant Service/Kennewick & Ely- Officer Rosane contacted male and found he had an
outstanding warrant. He was arrested and booked without incident.
 
Trespass/2800 blk W Kennewick Ave- Officers responded in reference to a disturbance
in progress. Management advised that a male was inside the business causing problems
and refusing to leave. Officers contacted and arrested him for trespass.
 
CAT
 
Wanted Person/1100 blk W 10th Ave- CAT contacted a vehicle and arrested the driver
for warrants. He was booked into Benton County.
 
Wanted Person/1300 blk N Dawes- CAT contacted male and arrested him on a warrant.
 
Wanted Person/4th Pl & Olympia- CAT recognized male and arrested him on a Felony
DOC warrant.
 
Wanted Person/4th Pl & Olympia- CAT contacted male who was walking in the area. He
was arrested on several warrants and booked into Benton County.
