Statement from the Mott Family:

· "McKenzie Mott's tragic end is the stone that the Lord has thrown into the pond of life we all live in, and its ripples have touched all of us in this community in some way.

· The Mott Family would like to acknowledge and thank the Spokane community, the Central Valley School District family, the University High School family, the Central Valley High family, soccer family, friends and relatives for their outpouring of love, care and support. We are so blessed to be a part of this community.

· We would also like to send our thoughts and prayers to the Freier and Maher Family during this difficult time."
