PASCO, WA - Complaints against two Pasco City Council members accused of using city and school district email addresses for personal use are dismissed.

Franklin County doughnut hole resident Roger Lenk filed the case in September.

Judge Sal Mendoza ruled Wednesday morning that the city adequately provided Lenk with emails to dismiss the motions against council member Saul Martinez and Pasco Mayor Pro Tem Rebecca Francik.

The city still has until February 6th, 2016, to provide Lenk with all metadata, which is like an electronic signature, of all city council emails.

City officials say the process of getting the emails to Lenk has cost over $50,000 and taken over 900 work hours.
